What formats do you offer?
We offer self-paced, cohort, and live workshop formats. The curriculum is aligned across formats so you can switch as your schedule changes.
How much time should I budget weekly?
Most courses require 2–4 hours per week. Cohorts include optional office hours. We design lessons to fit into typical founder calendars.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. Upon completion, you receive a verifiable certificate that outlines competencies covered in the course.
What is your refund policy?
For self-paced courses, refunds are available within 7 days if you have completed fewer than two modules. Cohort seats are refundable up to 14 days before the start date. See Terms for details.
Can my company pay for the course?
Yes. We issue invoices to companies and can set up group enrollments with volume pricing.
Will you cover my specific use case?
Case studies and templates are designed to adapt across B2B and B2C models. We provide office hours to discuss your context.
Is there a community?
Cohorts include a calm, moderated discussion space with clear guidelines—no spam, no noisy feeds.
Do you offer scholarships?
We allocate a limited number of need-based scholarships per cohort. Contact us for current availability.
