- You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activities under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
3. Course access
Course materials are for your personal or company’s internal use. Redistribution or public sharing is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
4. Billing and refunds
- Prices are listed in USD and may change.
- Self-paced refunds: within 7 days if fewer than two modules completed.
- Cohort refunds: up to 14 days before the start date.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity.
- No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
- Respect community guidelines in cohorts and forums.
6. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Novafound Foundry or its licensors. Licenses are non-transferable and revocable.
7. Disclaimers
We provide educational content. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or funding results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novafound Foundry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
